Question:
Dropped Beats Pill Speaker not working?

I recently bought a beats pill speaker a couple of weeks ago and it has been working fine since. The other day, a friend dropped it on a table and since then, it has not been able to connect via blutooth or by connecting it with the cable. The charge light is always red even after being charged for almost 2 days and I have reset it by holding the power and front button together multiple times.

Any ideas on what has happened and how to fix it?

It's been dropped so it's been damaged inside. The best you can do is probably buy a new one. No one can fix it apart from the manufacturer and even they could tell it's been damaged by dropping it if they go to repair it and it won't be covered under warranty as the components will be broken inside. And you have had working for a week or more prior to sending it back for repair thry will say it was obviously working before and the only reason they could find why it's not working now is because it's been dropped. if it had been broken prior to first use you would have sent it back sooner! Sorry.

It is probably still under warranty, so email the manufacturer and just say it just stopped working one day. If that is not possible, I would take it apart and look for a broken wire or cracked circuit board. A broken circuit board would be hard to repair due to the miniaturization of components and boards. More likely something inside shifted when it hit the table, and just needs to be soldered back together.
