At Home Drug Test. Will it work if...?

So for the past couple of months I've been seeing my older brother change (in a bad way). I think he's doing drugs; either cocaine or taking pills or even both. What I want to know is if i buy an at home drug test and use the urine from the toilet he urinated in, will the water from the toilet mess up the test or will it work just as fine?

water will dilute the sample and will mess the test result but test still may come positive.

If you ask direct for urine for testing I will recommend, order online home urine collection cup with temperature strip and adulteration test ( check for Creatinine, pH, Nitrite, Bleach, etc..). Temp indicates that sample is fresh and not diluted by adding water.

Have on mind detection periods for different type of drugs. Urine tests detect use for 2-8 days (Opiates, Cocaine) to 14-40 days ( marijuana, benzodiazepines) depending on the drug, how much and often is used, body type and metabolism, etc..
