generally, people are not allowed to donate blood if they have donated blood 6 months before (or less)... hence I say it's generally 6 months
but if you mean recovering as in feeling better, generally i.e. for most people it doesn;t take too long.. people tend to feel tired and sleepy after donating blood as there is not enough blood supply to the brain.. but i would say generally people gets better after a good nite sleep

Depends on age. In my twenties I wanted to jump, run, dance, whatever as soon as the needle was pulled. As body slowed down so did I. Last time I got up and promptly passed out.
Immune system, medication, etc. may play a role in this.

I think it's actually every six weeks you can donate, not every six months. Which reminds me, I should.

it depends on a lot of factors i guess for me it was instantly i even went exercising afterwards.
