Probably - but, in fact, NO study has ever been asking if long-term use of these vitamins is safe. Of course, the advertising and vitamin industry, and the folks who get some mystical benefit from taking vitamins, claim safety for all such products but based on opinion and not fact.

If you're young and healthy, the risks are small. If you're older, diabetic, or have a history of/risk for cardiovascular disease or certain cancers, probably not. It would certainly be more sensible to eat a half-way sensible diet instead.

It is safe to take them daily.

there has been reports with Vitamin E taking it daily might be a little dangerious in the long run, but these are usually one off news reports you find or remember from somewhere and never hear about again. there might be something to it, but you really need to do your own research.

There are associations with other vitamings that you might not want to take daily, like Vitamin A, which has been associated with a higher risk of cancer. and Iron suppliments which have been found to damage gut bacteria and lining and cause DNA damage.

I do take Vitamin E, C, and cod liver oil capsules all that the same time, but not daily, once every 3 or 4 days, mine are 'daily' dosages, low ones, see no point in taking them every day as you liver will hold onto most vitamins and release them slowly.

might want to add some Folic acid, Vitamin D and Vitamin B complex.
