i've been taking adios and ive just wandering what would happen if you take weight loss pills even if you havent eaten?

Adios to be honest is useless you will probably lose as much weight by drinking black coffee than taking Adios, seriously its a rip off.



The only two proven weight loss treatments that are on the market today are Xenical & Alli.



They both have the same ingredients (orlistat) except Alli has half the dose which enables it to be sold over the counter unlike Xenical which is a prescription only drug.



They both work by stripping out about a third of the fat of any foods you eat, meaning less calories are ingested into the body.

If you don't eat while taking Adios it helps you lose more weight but it is very dangerous to your health to not eat. You could possibly faint or worse. If you want to lose more weight on adios then consider eating small, portion-controlled meals. Don't starve yourself. It isn't healthy.
