Ok.. So here's the deal, I took 2 pills last night of 10 mg Valium, then I took two more this morning which was like 5 hours before my last dose. I have a piss test to take in 10 or 11 days. I've never taken Valium before this. My first time and I'm a pretty healthy guy. Fit, 160 5'11 and 18 yoa. People say it takes 4-6 weeks to get out your system.. Isn't that a bit much? That's longer than thc... And to me it doesn't make sense I was also told exercise won't help, which sounds stupid because... I mean exercise helps clean your body out. It's just a pill I mean and I've NEVER taken it before except last night so this all makes no sense. I'm very scared and I REALLy wanna pass this test. Please someone give me a REAL answer. And I took it for stress relief... Please help and no rude answers you will be flagged. The truth please and answer only if you know for sure or personal experience. If I would've known I would not have done this now I'm worried sick. PLEASE HELP. Thanks in advance.

"Exercise" does NOTHING for anything.

It can take up to six weeks if you take it regularly. If this was a one time thing, then you may or may not pass. Usually valium is gone in 7-10 days, but you took 40 mg in a 24 hour period. That is a pretty massive dosage, and it may or may not clear in ten days. And if you have taken any at all in the last few weeks, it probably won't clear out.

THC can be detected for up to 90 days. Benzos are usually gone in six weeks max. Benzos are metabolized in your liver, and you cannot speed up this process. You can't flush it, you can't exercise, you can't do anything to speed up the process. It is processed at a pretty fixed rate, and you can't do much to change that rate significantly.

Sorry friend, but this is what happens when you take drugs illegally. I hope you pass, but right now I'd give you a 50/50 chance of failing.

exercises won't do any good.

It will be difficult for you to pass the test thats the truth.

Although most of the drug is excreted within a day but small amounts stay in the blood for some time.

However valium is a legal medicine just give some excuse that you had trouble sleeping so you took 1 tab of valium

No matter, what the reasoning, it was a bad idea. Diazepam (generic name for Valium) is not only Rx only, it is a controlled drug because of its addicting qualities. And legally, any Rx medication is ONLY to be taken by the person it was prescribed. Since it is a controlled/addictive drug, when it likely shows up in your test, you will likely be stereotyped.

So yes, it is highly likely it will show up. Hope it works out for you, but if you're having troubles, go see a doctor and get something legally prescribed.

Trust me, I know the feeling of wanting Rx drugs without a script, I have a migraine and my wife has some BAC tablets for hers, but I can't take them since I work in a pharmacy, that would look realllllllllllllllly bad.
